due to the fact that its agreement regarding the content of these general conditions 

born  do not require the handwritten signature of this document, as

where the customer wishes to order online the products presented in

part of the website store. The consumer has  the faculty of

save or edit these general conditions,  it being specified that both

the safeguard that the edition of this document falls under  of its sole responsibility.

Article 1: Completeness  These general conditions express all the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions provided for in these general conditions. No general or specific condition appearing in the documents sent or given by the consumer may be incorporated into these conditions, since these documents would be incompatible with these general conditions.

Article 2: Purpose

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of goods and services offered by Marrakechventes.com to the consumer.

Article 3: Contractual documents

This contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in descending hierarchical order: these general conditions; purchase order. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions contained in documents of different rank, the provisions of the higher-ranking document shall prevail.

Article 4: Entry into force - duration

These general conditions come into force on the date of signature of the order form. These general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the goods and services subscribed, until the expiry of the guarantees owed by Marrakechventes.com.  

Article 5: Electronic signature

Confirmation of the purchase order by the consumer  indicates that he has read and accepts the general conditions.  

Article 6: Order confirmation

The contractual information will be the subject of a confirmation by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or failing that, to the address indicated by the consumer in the order form.  

Article 7: Proof of the transaction

Article 8: Product information

Article 9: Price

Article 10: Product availability

The order will be executed the same day from the moment  where the consumer placed his order.

In case of unavailability of the ordered product, in particular because of our suppliers, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order.  

Article 11:  Payment terms

The price is payable when ordering. Payments will be made in cash.

Article 12: Terms of Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order made on the day of the order.

Article 13: Product warranty 

The provisions hereof cannot deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional seller to guarantee him against all  consequences of hidden defects in the item sold.

The consumer is expressly informed that Marrakechventes.com  is not  the producer of the products presented on the website, relating to the  liability for defective products.

Accordingly, in the event of  damage caused to a person or to a good by a defect of the product, only the responsibility of the producer of this one can be sought by the  consumer, on the basis of the information on the packaging of said  product.

The conditions and duration of the manufacturer's warranty are indicated on  product sheets. Given the frequency of renewal of  components of technical products, MarrakechVentes.com may, on request, inform the  consumer of the availability of spare parts for the products offered and how to possibly get them.

Article 14:  Warranty exclusions

The exclusions of guarantees are those specified in the contractual conditions of guarantee granted by the manufacturer such as, without this list being exhaustive: defects and deteriorations caused by natural wear, by  an electric shock, namely damage resulting from the effects of electric current of an external origin to the insured device or  by an external accident (restore, jailbreak or root, update, shocks, oxidation, intentional damage, non-compliant charger, non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, penetration of liquid, attempted repair by a person not authorized by the manufacturer's services or by a modification of the product not foreseen or specified by the manufacturer) and thus the  accessories  books  with the product  are automatically excluded from the guarantee.

Finally, this Seller's guarantee will not apply if the Buyer has not paid the full price of the products.

Article 15: Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a period of less than 24 hours  to return his order, at his expense (if the buyer is outside Marrakech), the products do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer's order.  Any return must be reported in advance to MarrakechVentes.com Customer Service:

- Priority by phone from Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  h.

The packaged products must not have been unsealed, so that the consumer can benefit from the right of withdrawal.

Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.

Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged,  opened, or the accessories have been used,  will not be refunded or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either the reimbursement of the sums paid via a credit note that he can consume on the Marrakechventes.com site, or the exchange of the product. 

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Marrakechventes.com will make every effort to reimburse the consumer as soon as possible. However, taking into account the technical nature of the products sold, this period may be extended to 45 days, in particular when the product needs a technical verification (see products which must be tested beforehand).

Article 16: Force majeure

Neither party will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution will be delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event or force majeure. If one or more stipulations of these general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force. and their scope.

All the elements of the MarrakechVentes.com site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of MarrakechVentes.com No one is authorized to reproduce, use, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site that they are software, visual or sound.
